Jessie Wilkerson Heil, cont. Jessie received A.A. degree from Hardin Junior College, Mexico,Mo. in 1925, and A.B. in 1933 from University of Missouri, Columbia.Retired in 1971 after approx. 27 years in Federal Civil Service, she served in various capacities including Sales Contracting Officer at Oakland ,Army Base. Carl received B.A. and L.L.B. degrees from the University of Saskatchewan, Saskatoon. He served 5½ yrs. in the Canadian Army in W.W. II. Carl became a U.S. citizen in 1948. He received L.L.B. (2nd)from Golden Gate UniversIty in 1958. Retired from the State Bar of California as Disciplinary Counsel in 1975. Royer Kelly Wilkerson  (July 8, 1908--April 17, 1982)  Married Louise Marie on February 15, 1937. Divorced (August 20, 1916--October 9, 1962) Married Juanita Branstetter on January 27, 1963.
