CAVEAT: I hope that those who read "The Turtle That Learned To Fly" understand that in the real world turtles can no more really leave their shells than we can crawl out of our ribcages. I was asked to post a warning by a friend who was afraid that someone would take the story literally.

Recently, an e-friend said that her 3rd grade class would be reading my story and drawing pictures, I suggested a contest. She sent me the drawings, and I scanned them in. Unfortunately, all the drawings were so good that I just can't choose between them, so I would like for anyone that would like to 'vote' to send in their choice. Also, if you have a picture you would like to submit, send it to me and I will post your submission.
